5-day gorilla trekking and Wildlife tour

After breakfast you embark on your vehicle and depart to south western Uganda in Bwindi impenetrable National Park a home of more than half of mountain gorillas passing in the rolling hills, tea and banana plantations which gives a scenic view. You will have a stop at the equator for equator experience and photography and the have another stop in Mbarara city for lunch and proceed arriving in the evening, for relaxation at the lodge have dinner and overnight.

After your early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters with your packed lunch to join other trackers for registration and briefing about Dos and don’ts during your trekking activity, you will be welcomed by the local community entertainment as they perform cultural dances. Your guide will choose for you the gorilla family to see depending on your physical ability and the time you would like to spend in the forest as some gorilla families are far others are close. Later, you will start your trekking activity escorted by the armed ranger, this trek may take half an hour or three quarters of the day depending on the movements of the mountain gorillas, once you find them you will be allowed to spend one hour interacting with them, taking pictures and learning more about ways of living, you will later return to the headquarters to be awarded certificates and you will drive back to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.

After breakfast you will bid farewell to Bwindi Impenetrable National park and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park the Medley of Wonders, you will arrive in time for lunch, check in at the lodge, have lunch and rest later on you will have an afternoon game drive for wildlife viewing, you will later return at the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Drive Time: Approximately 4-5 hours

This morning you will head back to the Plains of Kasenyi for yet another a morning Game drive to try and find what you could have missed during the previous Game drive. Lunch will be served at the lodge. After lunch, will head to the jetty along Kazinga channel for the afternoon boat cruise. This cruise offers you chances of viewing animals like: hippos, elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles and many species of water birds.Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast you will Bid farewell to the lodge and then depart to Entebbe, depending on the time for your flight back home
